Manchester United seeks to sign the Real Madrid midfielder Federico Valverde, next summer.
The Uruguayan international is a huge artist for Real Madrid, and Manchester United would do well to secure his signature. He could improve them enormously in the middle of the park.
Valverde was linked to Manchester City and Liverpool in the past.
Valverde could transform Man United
The South American is a complete midfielder who will help defensively and contribute to the future. He is at the top of his powers, and he has proven himself in a coherent way at the highest level. He helped Real Madrid win major trophies, and sign a player of his quality and experience would be a huge business of Manchester United.
Real Madrid director Xabi Alonso said that the South American midfielder reminded him of his former teammate, Steven Gerrard.
The Spanish manager said: “I have not seen many players with his physical performances. He reminds me of someone like Steven Gerrard. He can play anywhere, and I am very happy to train him. All coaches would like to have a valverde in the team. He got rid of the bad party in his mouth of the other day penalty, and his determination was obvious in his celebration.”
However, it is fair to assume that they will have to secure European football to attract a player of his quality. According to Fichajes, Manchester United is ready to break the market in order to conclude the agreement.
They did well to improve the attack unit this summer, and the 27 -year -old signature would also improve the midfielder. Meanwhile, Manchester United is ready to submit an offer of around 100 million euros in order to sign the South American.
Federico Valverde will not be an easy signature
He has a contract with Real Madrid until 2029, and they do no pressure to sell it. It will be interesting to see if Manchester United can convince Real Madrid. The Spanish outfit will seek to win major trophies in a coherent way, and they cannot afford to lose their best players. Valverde is one of their best fields in the field, and his departure would weaken them.
In addition, the player may not be eager to join a club that is going through a reconstruction phase. Manchester United is not able to win major trophies, and it remains to be seen how they convince the player and his club.
