According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, several clubs in Saudi Arabia have approached the 31-year-old player in recent weeks, in the hope of trying it in a high-level passage in the Middle East.
However, Kovacic has not shown no intention to entertain a manner of Manchester at this stage of his career.
