Man arrested for allegedly violated women during the tattoo session

Baton Rouge, Louisiana (WAFB) – A man faces accusations after having pretended to violate a woman whom he tattooed on Friday May 30, according to the Red Batton Police Service.
According to BRPD, Jamarkus Whitlock, 24, was accused of second degree rape.
During the interrogation with the police, Whitlock denied the allegations.
In hospital, officials say that the victim submitted to a rape kit which was sent to the Louisiana State Police Crime Lab for analysis.
Whitlock was sentenced to the East Baton Rouge parish prison.
