GTA 6 is defined for a launch of Console 2026, while the details of the PC version remain vague. Here is everything you need to know.
GTA 6 PC version: Rockstar Games officially announced that Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6) will be released on consoles, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S on May 26, 2026. However, the developer did not reveal when the game is launched for PC. Despite the silence, several leaks and rumors have already surfaced online, which alludes to the expected requirements of the PC, to possible release deadlines, prices, size of the files, characters and maps.

Rockstar Games has not yet shared the official details concerning the equipment necessary for PC players. However, the reports suggest that the game will require powerful specifications to operate smoothly.

GTA 6: PC liberation window and price in India
Looking at the history of the release of GTA 5, which was launched for consoles first and came on PC almost two years later, we could expect that a similar approach. With the launch of the console fixed for 2026, the reports suggest that GTA 6 could arrive on PC by mid-2027.
In terms of editions, leaks suggest that Rockstar Games plans to reflect the structure of the console for PC. The standard edition can be at the price of RS. 5,999, the luxury edition at Rs. 7,299, and the collector’s edition at Rs. 10,000.

The initial download size of the PC version should be around 150 GB, with more space required as updates and extensions are deployed.
The scenario leaks suggest that Jason and Lucia will direct the story, Raul Batista also playing an important role. The game card should present detailed recreation of locations such as Florida Keys, Everglades, Kaseya Center and King of Diamonds, which promise an important and diverse environment.
