Monday, Mahershala Ali walked on the red carpet in New York in favor of his latest blockbuster Jurassic World Rebirthwhile approaching the status of its highly anticipated Marvel Project Blade.
The Vampire thriller has been stuck in the development of hell for years, because two different directors have left the project while Ali has been attached to Star since 2019.
At Jurassic First, Ali said The Hollywood Reporter that when it comes to Blade“I just take it one day. I do the best job I can”, pointing to an upcoming film Your mother your mother your mother Like the one who scratched his “cascades that itch”. But he added: “I would love Blade to arrive; We will see, I don’t know where Marvel is right now. I’m just looking for the next large part, I really am.
As for the last Jurassic Entrance, in which he plays alongside Scarlett Johansson and Jonathan Bailey, thought about Ali that the best part of the work on a film of this scale is to see him finished.
“These types of films are so difficult to shoot because of how they are shot; you can make a scene in three countries over four months. So, I would not necessarily say as a interpreter, as an actor, that it is necessarily pleasant because it is difficult, it is difficult to understand,” he explained. “So I think that if anything, you have to operate with a certain degree of confidence that all this will adapt well, and therefore I suppose that the best part is to finish it and see what [director] Gareth [Edwards] was able to edit and assemble.
