Kieron Moore, Rose Ayling-Ellis no chemistry test

Criminal drama Silence CodeWho was presented on ITV and Streamer ITVX in the United Kingdom on Sunday and will do its debut on the Britbox streaming service in the United States and Canada in July, presents British Star Rose Ayling-Ellis as Alison, a deaf woman determined working in a police canteen who is recruited to use her lip reading skills in a secret operation.

As such, the show, created and written by Catherine Moulton (Baptist,, Divert) and with also Kieron Moore (Vampire Academy,, Air masters,, The body), Charlotte Ritchie (You,, Spectra), and Andrew Buchan (Black doves,, The honorable woman,, Broadchurch), helps to redefine the way deaf characters are presented on the screen

Moore, during a recent round table on the members of the distribution, also shared the impact that the experience of being on the set of the show to represent his character Liam, who in the opening episode seems to feel a special link with Alison, had on him.

“Rose and I did not do a chemistry test, which is quite crazy,” he said, stressing that he felt that they had established a connection very quickly. “We have just met [in person] The first day of the shooting. Their first scene was for a later episode when their two characters have already crossed all kinds of things.

“We can say that this is one of my favorite scenes, because I think it shows when you really pay attention to someone and you are really invested in them, chemistry is undeniable,” said Moore. “I felt so safe with Rose. And I think anyone who meets Rose will come to say this: I felt like I had never been really listened to before I meet Rose. She pays so much attention to you when you speak that I constantly learned to be a better person, as well as to be a best actor, which I think I had in common with Liam. ”

About his character, Moore also had this to share: “Liam’s had a relatively disturbed past, and he is very difficult. And he sees this person who is like a little light. ”

Silence Code is executive produced by Bryony Arnold and Damien Timmer for the Mammoth screen of the ITV studios, alongside Robert Schildhouse and Stephen Nye for Britbox, as well as in Ayling-Ellis and Moulton.
