The famous pornography site generated by AI, MRDEEPFAKES, closed, after losing a key service provider, according to a message published on its web page.
“An essential service provider has ended the services permanently.
“We will not restart. Any website saying that this is false. This area will end up expiring and we are not responsible for future use,” said the message, adding that the message would be deleted in about a week.

The website was popular to allow users to download non -consensual sexual content, digitally modified and explicit – in particular celebrities, although it was also abused with several cases of non -public figures.
The motivations behind these Deepfake videos included sexual gratuity, as well as the degradation and humiliation of its objectives, according to a study in 2024 researchers from the University of Stanford and the University of California in San Diego.
“In November 2023, MDEEPFAKES hosted 43,000 Deepfake sex videos representing 3.8K individuals; these videos were watched more than 1.5 billion times,” said the research document.
Among these videos, 95.3% of targets are women of celebrities. Research has also shown that allegedly despite prohibiting such content, there were hundreds of documented cases of individuals being targets and more than 1,000 videos with violent scenes representing rape and abuse.

Federal regulators and other institutions faced how to write this new border of disinformation.
Last week, the American House of Representatives voted In support of the Take IT Down law, which means: tools to resolve known operations by immobilizing technological buttons on websites and networks.
The law would establish strict sanctions and fines for those who publish “intimate visual representations” of people, both real and generated by computer, adults or minors, without their consent or with harmful intention. We must also host such videos to establish a process so that the victims have this content to be cleaned in a timely manner.
The bill adopted the Senate earlier this year and was sent to President Trump for his signature.
