Lunch-Bien-Being ideas

To offer inspired lunch ideas require efforts. One of the things I tried to be better is lunches on the go. Often, let’s be honest, it restarts the remains. Too often, if we are not going to be at home for the day, we plunge it. And I’m almost always sorry, we did not make the effort to prepare a good lunch. This is particularly true if we are traveling, towing the air flow. Because these days, parking dictates where you have lunch. And the simple fact of thinking it makes me cringe. So yes, we try to do better here and I thought I shared recent victories.
Lunch ideas # 1
These lunch boxes (above) met fairly quickly. Almost everything was a rest or a component of a previous meal. To bring it together, I took off and threw the hard eggs chili, cut the lawyer and cut the Mandarin.
1. Spicy Sésame Cabbage Salad: You have already seen it, you will see it again. Lol. This is my favorite cabbage salad, and I will mainly return anywhere. Green and red feather cabbage as well as carrots, apples and green onions thrown with a spicy and creamy vinaigrette with sesame.
2. Marinated cauliflower: The touch of color you need in your lunch. This quickly marinated cauliflower offers a good amount of flavor and crunch in the middle of less structured components. I do mine with peppers, mustard seeds and slipped onion, but you can play.
3 and 3 Hard egg coated from Chile: Here’s how to do them. Mix the equal parts in chili powder and the Chana Masala MDH powder in a small bowl. I like to use this cashmere chili powderBut use what you have (and like). The hard-hung eggs, peel them, rinse, dab each egg a little on a clean towel to remove excess water, then roll them in the spices mixture until they are completely covered. Slice and serve, or prepare lunch.
4 Turuum allion tofu: This is in fact the filling remains of my last round of soup wonton. But it is also great as an enveloping garnish of lettuce, cracker and sandwich gap, and alone. Here, I nestled it in a battery of 2-3 small gem sheets. Get the recipe – This is the first part of the recipe on this page, less packaging.
5 Edamame in red spices: I’m going to write this as its own recipe soon, it’s a mixture of homemade spices made by crushing cashmiri peppers, smoked paprika, brown sugar, sesame, dried onion flakes, salt and a cardamom kiss together. Sprinkle generously. There are many other spice mixing ideas in the Spice / grass / flower / zest Pdf that members obtain. About any of them are great here. Experience!
6. Pepita & Curry Leaf Tadka: I have definitely exceeded my young curry by doing this lately. Toast a cup of pepitas and set aside. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stir in fresh curry leaves at 50. Continue to stir and when the leaves start to crush, add 2 teaspoons of black mustard seeds. Continue to stir and when the seeds have grilled a little and stop, add 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder. Pour this on your pepitas, mix well and salt with taste. Good on everything, including the Soba in the next lunch.
Also: purple rice, cut lawyer, mandarin corner, nutritional lip chub

Lunch ideas # 2
The only component of lunch boxes (above) which was not made in advance, was the Soba noodles. I boiled them and I passed them under cold water just before making my suitcases.
6+. Soba with Pepita and Curry Leaf Tadka: The same pepitas as above (Lunch # 1), this time was tangled with a cold soba.
7. Vegan Tamagoyaki: This is a vegan version of Tamagoyaki, the very popular Japanese rolled omelet. I like to make a version of chick-tofu peas, and it is bordered by nori and seasoned with green onions and herbs. They are heroes of the fantastic lunch box because you can make them and roll them in advance. They will stay a few days so that you can decide and go there.
8. HEARTS OF BOURSEVED ARTICHAUTS: Dinner remains the previous night. I cooked them from Frozen. So easy, so good. I wrote a long article on How to Cook Artichokes – Fresh and Frozen. So if you like artichokes, but think they are too much work, read this. The same goes if you think the frozen will be bad. They are not and they are great in scenarios like this, fast pasta, pots, etc.
9. Fava beans thrown with citrus olive oil: These are Fava beans that have been dissected, boiled for a flash, dissected again, then splashed with a little lemon olive oil, and thrown with a pinch of salt. Of the previous dinner. I do the same with Edamame, but the favas are in season and I am worth all the bombings and the coat dramas.
10 Chou: Some additional chou chips thrown with the remaining pepitas. My method for Chou Frize chips is as follows: Buy curly cabbage, make sure it is dry if you have recently washed it. Throw the curly cabbage with olive oil and make it blur with your hands, make sure everything is coated. Mix with a lot of nutritional yeast, get a good coating. Season with salt and cook until the chips on the edges start to brunch. Mix well. Continue to cook until they are crisp but still mostly green. Or take a look at this kale chou chip recipe.
Also: blood orange bench for dessert.
A pro-function couple
There is in fact only one main advice, but I will add more as I think of them. Line your bentos with parchment paper for easy cleaning (photo below). It is not as important with stainless steel containers, they clean fairly quickly. Bentos, often in cedar, are a little more fragile and take care of it if you want them to last for many years. Also, clean as soon as you return home. Reset is essential to look forward to your next special lunch in a box.
More lunch ideas: salads!
Salads are another idea of a favorite lunch. For the best experience, keep the vinaigrette on the side and mix just before eating. In addition, pro-Tip, leave a good amount of room or head space in your salad vehicle, so the launch is contained and less disorderly. For office or office salads, I love bringing the components for a Nicoise salad or a Nicoise-ish salad. Lettuces and other ingredients can withstand transportation and you get an excellent mixture of protein, green vegetables and vegetables in a single lunch. See the photo below.

Lunch box favorite containers
Curve: I have (and I love it) my little collection of Bento boxes. They are beautifully designed and adapt to the perfect amount of food. They often come with small separators to create a separation between food, but you can also use the lettuce, or other small containers to divide things.
Tiffins (or Dhabas): These containers have long been used in India to allow healthy and homemade meals outside the house. I have a three -story stainless steel circular version that I like for a number of reasons, including sustainability, compactness and safety. The levels are closely nestled, which makes spills and accidents. I also have my eye on a rectangular version.
Bentos and Tiffins have a tradition of activation of meals based on care and love. And continuing this tradition is something that I try to channel when I prepare a lunch for myself or someone that is close to my heart.

I don’t mind mixing different types of lunch containers. And sometimes I will prepare an individual lunch for each person, each in their own container. But, other times, I think it’s good to load some family style containers and do it in this way. I think it works very well for components that can be more municipal, such as edamamus, or a bunch of dumplings, a stack of paratha, vegan sushi or quesadillas, quinoa pancakes, etc.
Hot lunch!
Use a thermos to bring a soup or a hot tea or rasam or anything you can think. It is always the icing on the cake and does not make me happy (or happier!) When I really have things aligned, I will bring green tea, a miso soup or soba tea and a durable glass or two wrapped in fabric. Just rewrite when you’re done.
I hope this inspires you a little! It’s really wonderful to take a little time to sit at a carefully prepared and healthy homemade lunch and I’m never sorry to make the extra effort (long -term). Even if it can make a little more demanding morning than usual, I know that when I do it, I am better, I will feel better and I will be excited to sit for lunch. Appreciate! -H
