Love & Lemons Cooking Club – July!

Join the Love & Lemons Cooking Club challenge this month! It is easy to enter and a lucky winner will receive a price. Find all the details below.
Our cooking club is a fun way to celebrate the community of love readers and lemons. The concept is super simple – every month, I choose a recipe. You do it and leave a comment on the recipe blog post. At the end of the month, I randomly select a winner to receive a prize.
I love the meaning of the community that comes from so many people who cook a recipe every month. We are launching our challenge from July today with our Panzanella recipe, and I hope you are joining the pleasure. Here’s how it works:

The price: a gift card of $ 100 Foods!
At the end of the month, I will randomly select a winner and share some of your photos. This time we give a $ 100 gift card Whole Foods.
In addition, for each entry that we receive, we will give a donation of $ 1 to any hungry child.
July is the start of the peak tomato season, so it seemed non-negotiable to choose a tomato recipe this month. I landed on one of my absolute favorite summer dishes: Panzanella!
In case you are not familiar, Panzanella is a tuscan bread salad. It is one of the best ways to use stingy bread – dry bread absorbs sweet tomatoes and tangy vinaigrette, becoming soft and saturated with fresh summer flavor.
It’s a great summer dish, and I love it like a main dish during a hot night too. Fresh vegetables make it super refreshing, and it requires very little cooking (only 10 minutes in the oven to grill the bread).
- Make the vegan meeting: Jump the cheese! It’s optional anyway – you won’t miss it.
- Do it gluten without: Use good quality gluten -free bread. A crisp bread is the best.
- Pailing suggestion: Kiss the Italian vibrations and sip a Hugo Spriz or an Aperol Spriz!

Recipe last month
Last month, we celebrated the summer barbecue season / picnic by making a classic kitchen side: the cabbage salad! You all put so many fun towers on this recipe:
- Ilona: “I left the maple syrup aside and I put a small grenade molasses. Yummy “
- Of Adrienne: “I added chives and tarragon from my garden. Perfect summer side! “
- Deeann: “I used Radicchio instead of red cabbage because I had it on hand. He turned out to be great and I will do it again! ”
- Of Ruby, “If you don’t have apple cider vinegar on hand or if you want to add an additional flavor depth, replace the liquid with a pot of pickles.”
And these are just a few! I am so inspired by Riff on this recipe for the rest of summer. 😊 Here are some of your photos:
And congratulations to, Alison, our winner!
