Logitech MX Master 4 arrives with haptic comments and better performance

Regarding computer mice for productivity work, the MX Master Series has been a popular choice for years. Logitech has now revealed the latest version, the MX Master 4, with even more packaged features in the same ergonomic design.
The new MX Master 4 has above all the same design as the previous MX Master 3, which is probably a good thing – it does not need to break what is not broken, after all. It always has an ergonomic profile designed for use on the right, with a thumb on the left side. You, the left -wing people, will have to get another mouse, like the left Logitech on the left.
The main upgrade here is a customizable haptic feedback, which gives you subtle vibrations for scrolling, navigation and selection. This is very similar to the haptic features used in the Nintendo Switch 2, Apple Watch and other similar devices, and Logitech says that it is “ideal for tasks such as video editing, design work and data analysis”.
The two mouse wheels are always present, and there is always a USB type-C port to load the internal battery, which provides “up to 70 days of power on a full load and three hours of use from a quick charge of one minute”. You can save three apparatus paired both and switch to each other with a button at the bottom, just like most other Logitech wireless accessories.
The MX Master 4 supports both Low Energy Bluetooth and the USB Logi Bolt receiver. This means that you can use it as an ordinary Bluetooth mouse with most computers, tablets and phones, while having the possibility of a USB connection if necessary. This could be useful for desktop computers without Bluetooth support, or if you want to keep your mouse and other accessories on a KVM or another USB switch. The Bolt adapter is included with the mouse, and it is a USB-C version.
As for internal equipment, Logitech says that the MX Master 4 has a “stronger 2x connectivity” with a new chipset and an optimized antenna placement. The main sensor is 8,000 dpi, as is the previous MX Master 3S.
Overall, the new MX Master 4 looks like a solid option for an office mouse, although PC players could always want a wired option for the lowest possible latency. I stick to my vertical logitech lift mouse, but I used a MX master before that, and it worked well for several years.
The MX Master will be available in October 2025 for a price of $ 120. It is a little more expensive than the launch price of $ 100 for the previous MX Master 3S, but this mouse quietly jumped at $ 120 earlier this year. You can buy it in the Logitech online store and third -party retailers.
