Liverpool accepts costs with Newcastle to sign Alexander Isak

The oldest transfer saga of the summer should be resolved on the day of the deadline with Liverpool by accepting costs with Newcastle for striker Alexander Isak.
Several reports this morning suggest that the Merseysiders will pay a fixed amount of 125 million pounds Sterling for Isak, the Swedish striker signing a six -year contract in Anfield.
It represents British record costs, beating the best previous Liverpool set earlier in the window when they signed Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen in an agreement that could reach 116 million pounds sterling.
