Disney Cruise Line reduces the required deposit for new reservations

From today, the deposit required for Disney Cruise Line reservations goes from 20% to 10% of the travel rate for new reservations!

For existing reservations made no later than June 17, 2025, the initial deposit of 20% remains in place in accordance with the terms contained at the time of booking.

The specific details of this update include:

Cancellation fees

• The cancellation fees will follow the new deposit policy for navigation carried out on June 18, 2025.
• If a reservation is canceled during the deposit cancellation fee period and the deposit was 10%, the cancellation fees will also be 10% of the travel rate.
• Cancellation fees for customers who previously paid a 20% deposit will represent 20% of the travel rate.
• Depending on the existing policy, the deposits will continue to be non -refundable for the guests of the concierge.

Changes

• If a guest is outside the cancellation fee period and prefers to take advantage of the new 10%deposit policy, it can cancel and straighten its reservation within the framework of the updated conditions.
• Standard cancellation fees may apply to reservations in the cancellation fee period, as indicated in our terms and conditions.

Space offers for space

• Customers who have reserved a reserved space reservation will also see a change in the deposit required when they add a sailing date to their reservation if the sail is 7 or more nights.
• The guests will only be required to pay only 5%. If the reservation is canceled outside the deposit cancellation period, customers will only be subject to the 5%cancellation fees.
• In addition to the variation in percentage of deposit, there will be no more three -day traction when converting space offers for the space for the contact center or during online booking.
