Lamar Jackson misses fourth straight practice as 1-4 Ravens prepare to face Rams

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson once again did not participate in Wednesday’s practice as they prepare to take on the Los Angeles Rams.

The two-time MVP suffered a hamstring injury during the Ravens’ Week 4 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, with the issue forcing him to miss last Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans.

The injured Ravens were eliminated at home by the Texans, whose 44-10 victory left a team considered by many to be a Super Bowl favorite going into the 1-4 season with its playoff hopes significantly in jeopardy.

Things don’t get any easier in Week 6 as they host the 3-2 Rams at M&T Bank Stadium, and it appears Jackson will be unavailable again.

With Jackson missing a fourth straight practice, the Ravens will likely start replacing Cooper Rush under center again.

However, there was some good news for the Ravens, with safety Kyle Hamilton (groin) and left tackle Ronnie Stanley returning to practice.
