Lil Wayne went to the small Caesars de Detroit arena in August with the celebration of “Tha Carter”
Rapper Lil Wayne will head towards Little Caesars Arena on August 23 for his biggest Detroit show at the head of the bill for years.
The LCA show will be a stopper halfway through its 34 cities tour supporting its next album “Tha Carter VI”, with a list of sets celebrating this series of albums of two decades. Tyga and Belly Gang Kushington will open all the dates of the tour, which was announced on Tuesday morning.

Tickets for the Lil Wayne Detroit concert and other tour stops will be sold at 10 a.m. Friday via Ticketmaster, after various presale windows that start on Wednesday. The details are there.
The summer tour will start on June 6 at Madison Square Garden – the very first show at the head of Lil Wayne at the emblematic Arena in New York – and through North America before ending on October 2 in West Palm Beach, Florida.
