Arrests of the best Manchester United fans for football for 2024-25

Manchester United has had the largest number of supporters arrested for football offenses in England and Wales during the 2024-25 season.
The British home office has published figures for the previous campaign, detailing 1,932 arrests linked to the football of regulated matches and the issuance of 685 new prohibition orders during the same period of 10 months.
The 121 United Arrests of United were highest for all clubs, with Manchester City second on 94 arrests and West Ham United – which had exceeded the figures for the three previous consecutive years – third, with 77.
Aston Villa had the highest increase in arrests compared to 2023-2024; Their 71 arrests were the fifth higher in England, five less than Chelsea, and an increase of 26 arrests in 2023-24.
The overall figure in football arrests, for its part, decreased by 11% (down by 235) compared to the equivalent matches of the previous campaign.
The most common type of football arrest was public disorder, which represented 32% of the figures. Violent disorders represented 22% of the arrests and the possession of 19% class drugs.
West Ham dominated the lists for the greatest number of supporters with active football orders in force (112) and the largest number of fans delivered from football ban in 2024-25 (39).
“Today’s statistics show that these efforts are paid and that solid measures are taken to prevent violence and disorders to ruin football,” said the Minister of the United Kingdom Danna Johnson.
A football prohibition prescription lasts between three and 10 years, people who do not receive childcare sentences for the relevant offense purging a maximum duration of five years.
Football prohibition orders, which cannot be issued by a court, are a preventive civil order and not part of a childcare sentence.
Apart from West Ham, Chelsea (31 years old) and Manchester United (28) had the greatest number of new football ban commands which were issued to them.
There are currently 2,439 football ban orders in force in England and Wales, with 685 issued in 2024-25 – an increase of two compared to the previous campaign.
Almost all football ban orders are men, who represent 2,425 (99.4%) of the total number. Meanwhile, people aged 18 to 34 (1,573) represent 64% of people with prohibition orders.
