I wanted to play in the best conference and win a national championship and go to the Olympics one day from the age of 10 or 12, so I think that made it a little easier,” Lexi Rodriguez said.
She added:
“I was so determined to get to the next level that, you know, obviously you wanted to be where your friends are and go to all the sporting events and do all that stuff, but for me, I knew what my end goal was and so I was kind of willing to do whatever it took.”
Lexi Rodriguez recently shared her feelings about the Nebraska volleyball team’s heartbreaking loss in the NCAA regional final.
Lexi Rodriguez opened up about her mental health journey

“With this app, I feel like for me personally, I’m finally able to talk about things that maybe I’ve tried to keep to myself for so long, like mental health and confidence and all that. I think that’s something that not a lot of people knew about me, it’s like I struggle as much as everyone else and so being able to share that and kind of relate to these young girls, I think that was really important to me,” Lexi Rodriguez said.
She further explained how she managed to endure the journey, revealing that she was still figuring it out.
