Leighton Meesters on why she and Adam Brody had a little wedding

It is prudent to assume that Leighton Meester does not look at his relationship with Adam Brody through an objective as emblematic as perhaps everyone.
Outside, fans see the stars of two of the largest emissions from the first aughts – Gossip Girl And The OC – found himself together in real life, but for them, their relationship is actually much more discreet. This is one of the reasons why Meester said they had opted for a smaller wedding.
“On the sets and in life, I was able to wear a disguise Rushing. “I wanted it to feel intimate and private.”
Meester and Brody – who share a girl and a son together – made the knot in a private marriage in 2014, and continued to keep a large part of their personal life outside the spotlight.
THE Good cop / bad cop The actress later said that even if she “appreciates attention” as an actor, that does not mean that it is her main motivator with regard to her personal life.
The idea of Blair Waldorf of Gossip Girl and Seth Cohen of The OC Getting together in real life resembles this great love story. Simply take the Viral video from Brody Kissing Meester after winning the best actor in a comedy for Nobody wants that to Critics Choice Awards earlier this year as an example.
Even Erin Foster, the creator of Nobody wants that – Who features Brody and will also put Meester featured in season two – gets it. “They are both like these millennial icons, and the idea that they have somehow gathered in real life and have founded a family, I think, in a way, made people blow up,” she said Rushing.
However, their life together seems much simpler, because Meester continues to think of his family first, especially before taking new actor projects.
“There have been a lot of things I didn’t do because I want to be with them,” she said. “I don’t like to be far from them. I am sure that many people feel that, but I am not particularly in it. Obviously, for the right thing, I would probably be right:” Let’s get it away. “I mean, I will not leave my family for a year.
