According to Alonso’s legend, it is very unlikely that he will be a surprise member of Avatar: Fire and Ash‘s cast and that the sequel revives the deceased Tsu’tey. His formulation of “a little pleasure” indicates that there will instead be a fitting reference or Easter egg that honors the character’s legacy.
Even though Tsu’tey hasn’t appeared in the franchise since 2009, he remains an essential character who played a crucial role in Jake’s understanding of Pandora and the Na’vi clans, particularly the Omatikaya clan. A lot has changed for Jake and Neytiri (Zoe Saldaña) since Tsu’tey tried to separate them, but there remains an important part of the journey that brought them together.
A nod to Tsu’tey also goes hand in hand with Fire and ashes being called “the culmination of a saga” by James Cameron. Although more sequels are planned, Cameron explains that Fire and ashes This is the end of the saga that began with the first film, while Avatar 4 And Avatar 5 are rather their own saga. This makes it all the more important for the franchise to recognize Tsu’tey as the story he helped start comes to a close.
Since he played in AvatarAlonso has appeared in a wide range of films and television shows, although his biggest role was as Mother’s Milk in the hit Prime Video series. The boys. Despite his professional background and the fact that he played Tsu’tey almost two decades ago, Alonso remains a fan of the character, of the franchise, and is already one of those who already praise Avatar: Fire and Ash.
