Lady Gaga’s free concert in Rio attracts 2.5 million people

Lady Gaga has played the biggest concert in her career.
The singer “Abracadrabra” organized a free concert on Saturday evening in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on Copacabana beach, and attracted a record crowd of 2.5 million people.
According to the concert organizers, Gaga now holds the record for the most frequented concert of a female artist in history – a record previously held by Madonna, which fired 1.6 million. During his performance, Gaga recognized the crowd and said, “Your mind can be heard in the world tonight. Two and a half million people. ”
Gaga Fever struck Brazil since the singer announced the special show. Fans camped in front of the hotel where she had been staying since Tuesday evening, singing her songs, waiting and hoping to have a glimpse of the star. Friday evening, Gaga treated fans by repeating on the stage, giving them a teaser of what was going to happen. Gaga said to his audience: “I missed you so much. I know it’s not the first show here, I know it’s just a rehearsal, I have the impression that it is the real show.”
Gaga had been playing in the country for the last time for 12 years, and fans started to queue early Saturday morning to get a good place for the show. “Tonight we are making history,” she said. “Thank you for making the story with me … The inhabitants of Brazil are the reason why I can shine.”
She opened the show with her 2011 “Bloody Mary” piece and interpreted her classic hits, including “Poker Face” and “Alejandro”, as well as songs from her latest album, “Mayhem”.
Gaga treated his fans a new costume for the historical spectacle by wearing a dress with the colors of the Brazilian flag.
The performance followed Gaga’s headliner performance at Coachella shows and closed counters in Mexico City. Then Gaga heads for Singapore. The singer did not speak directly to know if the Mayhem balloon tour is inspired by her production and her design of costumes and her setlist or will offer a different experience.
