Lady Gaga to play MTV Video Music Awards 2025

Lady Gaga is the last to join the artists’ slate for the VMA MTV, which takes place on September 7 at 8 p.m. He and broadcast on CBS and Paramount +.
Gaga has received the most appointments for this year’s ceremony, accumulating a dozen heads for “Die with a Smile”, “Abracadabra” and his latest album “Mayhem”. Bruno Mars dragged behind her with 11 nominations, followed by Kendrick Lamar with 10, Sabrina Carpenter and Rose with eight, and Ariana Grande and the weekend with seven.
Additional performers include Carpenter, Post Malone, Somb, Doja Cat, Conan Gray, Alex Warren, DJ Snake, Jelly Roll, J Balvin and Tate McRae. Mariah Carey should play and receive the Vanguard Award video, while Busta Rhymes will also honor the scene to accept the MTV VMA Rock the Bells Visionary Award. Ricky Martin will make the story of VMA by becoming the very first artist to receive the Latin Icon Award.
The latest addition to the Gaga calendar comes after the premiere of “Wednesday” organized by Tim Burton earlier this week, where she appeared and announced that her new song “The Dead Dance” will be released on September 3. The arrival of the song coincides with the release of the second half of the Netflix program on the same day.
Gaga is currently prey to his “Mayhem Ball” tour, which started in Las Vegas in July, with plans to head to Miami before returning to New York, Toronto and Chicago before heading abroad for the international leg leg.
