Kyrie Irving shares the nets that the team-up was planned before the tear of Achille de Kevin Durant

Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant joined the Brooklyn Nets before the 2019-20 season. While the two stars have been friends for a long time, many basketball fans have been shocked by the latter’s decision to leave the Golden State Warriors – where he was very successful.

The pair played well together, however, injuries and a variety of problems outside the field prevented them from bringing the franchise their first NBA title. Irving recently discussed the decision to join the Nets, revealing that the duo actually provided the move before tearing during their Achilles tendon during the 2019 NBA finals.

“KD had just tears his Achilles in the final,” Dallas Mavericks goalkeeper Kyrie Irving said on Tuesday. “Me and him plan to do things to go to Brooklyn. I do not know any of you who would still not stand with one of your friends who tear their Achilles and wait a year and a half so that they become healthy, but I am this guy. I am not about to leave K after a torn Achilles and to be like,` `Nah (Explet That).

Irving and Durant seemed to have the nets in the running, in particular after the trade which led James Harden to the organization. The trio appeared in just 16 games together, however, because they were 8-2 in ten confrontations in the regular season and 5-1 in six playoffs.

Their only race in the playoff series together was derailed by injuries while IRVING and HARDEN both missed three games in the semi-finals of the Eastern Conference while the NETS lost against the possible Milwaukee Bucks champion in seven games. The following year, Irving chose not to take the COVVI-19 vaccine, which led Harden to ask for a job and, finally, was transferred to the 76ers of Philadelphia.
