Kurt Kitayama has little to publish a 59 in the third round of the 3m open Sunday, being content with equality of the TPC Twin Cities course with a 60.

Kitayama was 11 to 16 holes, needing a birdie on each of the last two holes to make a 59 card in Blaine, Minn. However, he sent his starting coup on the 17th hole by 3 in a bunker on the green side which led to a peer. Kitayama rebounded with a Birdie on the 18th par-5 to display a 60, equaling the course record set by Adam Svensson in the first round.

From his third round out of disappearance, Kitayama instructed the classification of seven birdies to go around in 28. He added four additional birdies to reach 11 under his round at 16 holes.

Kitayama held his head when he left the course, but the ideal rating conditions saw most TPC TPC TPC cities. Amateur Michael La Sasso and the veteran Tayler Montgomery also set up with 8 under 63 before the leader of 36 holes Thorbjorn Olesen even got rid of Saturday.

The Sasso and Montgomery both made the number.

“We have broken out,” said the Sasso. “It’s good to be the first, pleasant and calm, the Greens are fresh. Certainly a little faster today. Yes, I had a good time.

“It was a lot of smiling so it was good.”
