The characteristic eliminates 30 jobs

Mallmark eliminated 30 jobs on Wednesday in order to “transition our workforce to meet the needs of the company today”.
Among those who were affected by layoffs were Jimmy Holcomb, the production vice-president at Hallmark Media. “While the industry continues to go through a significant period of transformation, Hallmark takes action to transition our workforce to meet the needs of the company today,” said a Hallmark spokesman. “This means a continuous exploration of specific roles and functions. Although these decisions are never easy, we have eliminated 30 roles in several areas of organization and have restructured parts of our company in order to invest in capacities that will propel our business in the future. ”
Earlier this month, Hallmark demonstrated the desire to return to the basics by rehiring Michelle Vicary, who helped establish the Hallmark channel, the movies and mysteries Hallmark and the Hallmark drama with convivial programs like fans like When calls the heart.
