Kiernan Shipka, Krysten Ritter’s film “Stone Cold Fox” obtains an agreement

EXCLUSIVE: VERTICAL has acquired American rights on the first feature film by filmmaker Sophie Tabet-Thriller Cold stone foxWith Kiernan Shipka (Twisters)Kiefer Sutherland (24), The Ritter crown (Jessica Jones), Mishel Prada (Brilliant spirit) and Karen Fukuhara (Boys).
In the history of vengeance of the 80s, Fox (Shipka) comes out of an abusive commune in search of his family. But when the Queenpin (Ritter) kidnaps her little sister and sends a twisted cop (Sutherland) after her, Fox has no choice but to infiltrate the very place where she escaped. The release is scheduled for later this year.
Pic was produced by Stephen Braun de Bee-Hive, Chris Abernathy de la Wonder Company and Eric B. Fleischman, Jonathan Craven, Roth and Tabet. Executive producers include studio veterinarian Joe Roth, Andrea Bucko, Emily Hunter Salveson and Ross Putman.
Tabet co-written the script with Julia Roth based on an original story of Tabet, Roth and Jonathan Craven.
The agreement was negotiated by Jarowey and please Tony Pianttedosi acquisitions in the name of Vertical and Verve Ventures and UTA independent film group on behalf of the filmmakers.

Shipka is recommended by WME, anonymous content and Sloane. Sutherland is taken over by CAA, Entertainment 360 and Lichter Grossman. Ritter is replaced by CAA, Industry Entertainment, main La and Brecheen Feldman. Bee-Hive is recommended by Verve Talent & Literary Agency. Tabet and Julia Roth are taken up by Verve Talent & Literary Agency and Del Shaw Moonves.
