Kevin Feige on the casting Joseph Quinn with Spider-Man Team-Up in mind and the new Galactus look

When Marvel went bankrupt in the 1990s, the company unloaded cinematographic rights for characters like Spider-Man, The X-Men and Fantastic Four to the most offers. The offers were terrible because they essentially meant that Marvel would forever lose the ability to make films featuring some of her most emblematic superheroes.
When Marvel Studios was formed, Kevin Feige had only Captain America, Iron Man and Thor with whom to play, but managed to transform these fairly obscure heroes and other heroes in A-Lukeers during (and after) the 2012 construction The Avengers.
Since then, Daredevil, the Punisher and Ghost Rider have returned home, just like the X-Men and Fantastic Four. Spider-Man, on the other hand, is part of an agreement with Sony Pictures which was made after the studio has repeatedly deposited the ball on the web spinner.
The door was opened to the teams that we never dreamed of seeing, especially Spider-Man and The Human Torch. Talk to a round table with a selected pressure before The Fantastic Four: First steps“Released, the president of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, suggested this meeting in the horizon.
“We have not read chemistry readings, but each time we launch it, it is with this Blue Sky dream in mind of being able to do it. And this is an excellent example. This is one of the key relationships of Marvel Comics is Johnny Storm and Peter Parker,” The executive has teased. “And we have never been able to approach it before and now it is in the field of possibility. It’s exciting. It goes back in the morning.”
Feige has already said Marvel Studios seeks to compensate for the errors spent with a vision of comics on the X-Men. With The Fantastic Four: First stepsThe studio had the opportunity to do the good of Galactus after Fox described it as a cloud in 2007 Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.
“I never considered it a redemption, but I looked at it because we had reached a point and I hope that the public had reached one point, and people who make decisions in the studios have reached a point, where the fear of something silly is not a sufficient reason not to try it. And even so that we come back, I think most of the comics are not stupid.
“I think they are cool, and I think it’s great to give life. Loki horns come to my mind when we were doing the first Thor, and it was many years ago now, and it had been a few years from the fantastic four: Rise of the Silver Surfer who had galactus there, and I thought:” We do not want to hide it. “It is gigantic, makes almost no sense, huge horns, and we have to kiss this. [Tom Hiddleston] Who can wear it, which can remove it. “”
“In Ralph [Ineson]We have the same thing. It is therefore adopted this and knowing that these drawings are great. These conceptions resist the test of time again and again for a reason. “”
A team from Torch Spider-Man / Human could occur and should occur in one of the next Avengers films, although it is more likely to be Secret warsSince Tom Holland has not yet been announced to Judgment Day. As for Galactus, time will tell us if it is a large and larger or more is provided for him in the MCU.
The Fantastic Four: First steps arrives in theaters later this week.
