Video premium published the Kevin Bacon-The directed horror series Le Bondman A little over a month ago and already canceled it, according to Deadline.
The official description of the show explains that Bacon plays “Hub Halloran, a murdered bonus hunter, is back from the dead after being resurrected by the devil to trap and refer demons who escaped from the prison of hell; by chasing them, Hub learns how his own sins condemned his soul.”
The eight first season episodes fell on Prime Video on April 3 after being presented in Sxsw a month earlier. Initially, there were great hopes for this series after starting with a rotten score of 100% (which then dropped at 83%).
Even on the premium video, Le Bondman Started strong with the landing series in the Nielsen top 10 streaming ranking at the number 9 of its first week. Despite the fall of the second week, the latest Bacon series is still listed n ° 5 in television shows on Prime Video.
The disappointing news did not seem to disturb the bacon much. On the same day, the cancellation of his show was announced, the 66 -year -old actor shared a video on Instagram and did not mention the end of the series.
Instead, he showed a make -up artist adding his character, the scars and tattoos of Hub Halloran – which must be done every day before the start of filming.
