RUMOR: Tom Holland’s Status for AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY and AVENGERS: SECRET WARS Revealed
We’ve heard conflicting reports about plans for Tom Holland’s Spider-Man in the next Avengers movies for a while now. In fact, rumors vary since he would not appear in either blockbuster and that the actor could be doomsdayhe is the leader. Changes to the MCU’s release schedule have also muddied the waters.

According to a new rumor shared by Daniel Richtman, Holland’s Spider-Man is not expected to appear in Avengers: Apocalypse…from now on.
However, it is expected to play an important role in Avengers: Secret Warsand this follows recent claims that the first of these Avengers the films will actually feature one of the variations of Spidey (played by Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield).
Regardless, we expect all three Spider-Men to reunite at some point before the multiverse saga ends, and it makes sense that Holland’s Spidey would get his alien costume. Secret Wars. This would, after all, allow the Russo Brothers to adapt an iconic moment from the original event series.

It’s impossible to imagine that Spidey won’t have a role to play in the future. Avengers films, and we wouldn’t be at all surprised if he ends up with something to do in doomsdaydespite Richtman’s latest update.
