Dark start for Miami Dolphins: Can Tua Tagovailoa change the story?

Things are undeniably dark for Miami dolphins, but at least there is a novelty to accompany their opening of the season.

Miami could win his first victory of the season when the New York Jets just as victorious will come in town on Monday evening, and the Dolphins could, like the Jets, get their first point to remember from the season.

What we know is that the dolphins will look elegant (if not duper) while doing what they do at the Hard Rock stadium, because they will put on their uniforms of “black water” of Nike rivalry.

So there is that, right? RIGHT?!?

ESPN research tells us that it is the first season since turnover became an official statistic in 1933 that several teams were 0-3 without forcing one.

Ask a lot in the dolphin nation and they would love to have a point to remember to withdraw various members of the front office, the key line and / or the field. After having guided Miami to places in playoffs after the 2022 and 2023 seasons – both ending with defeats on AFC jokers – coach Mike McDaniel at 8-12 since.

Optimism and hope were nowhere in a loss of season 33-8 in Indianapolis, and there was not much to love narrow losses against New England in week 2 and in Buffalo the following Thursday.

McDaniel always says the right things, however, that the quarter-Arrière Tua Tagovailoa, who took eight bags during the first two games while watching on various readings.

Tagovailoa responded with a little more than a groan during week 3, spending 22 out of 34 for two affected and interception while line O has remarkably kept the former clean MVP.

Tagovailoa entered the week 4 classified 29th in the NFL with a 35.8 QBR while its 6.4 air yards per attempt were 25th. From the McDaniel perch, Tagovailoa has the mental Moxie for a turnaround.

“The game of a Franchise quarter is never yet … There are opportunities he needs to take advantage,” said McDaniel. “There are also a ton of opportunities to return the ball he did not take. He really answered the bell for 99% of the time.

“He focused on being 1-0 against New York Jets and that is why I know he is able and I am delighted to see his next opportunity on which we are working all week because of this, to be focused on good things.”

Faithful dolphins are also upset in Tyreek Hill, you may have heard, so maybe the complement of the Tagovailoa arsenal could help.

Miami expects Darren Waller 6 -foot 3 inch and 238 pounds Darren Waller to make his team debut after working with a hip injury at the start of the season.

“This guy walks, he looks like a tower on guys,” said Malik Washington. “So, with its ability to catch the ball, its ability to carry out routes and its ability to block and be on its mission, we saw it in practice and all that. I think that adds to the element, which just adds another playmaker to our team.”

Waller came out of his retirement in July, so it’s something new and different for fans too.

Paradise knows that loss in Miami is aging.
