Karol G was tropical and attractive as she celebrated the release of her album Tropicocouta In New York last night.
The Colombian singer, in partnership with Spotify, organized an immersive experience at the Paradise Club in the Times Square edition to welcome her rhythm and vibrant studio album.
For the evening, Karol G slipped on a maximum strapless ivory dress with corseted bodice and layers of ruffles everywhere. She has accessorized with diamond jewelry, including a thick chain necklace, and had scintillating silver eyeshadows and a shiny red manicure. She wore her blond hair, rights, with blown vaporous fringes, giving an energy of quinceañera young and flirtatious.

During the release evening of the album, the participants learned several dance movements to accompany the new songs of the singer, and at one point, Karol G herself joined the pleasure. The artist also played live for the first time since his last tour, opening with intimate acoustic interpretations of “Dile Luna”, “Se puso Linda” and “Amiga Mía”, the latter for which she brought two fans on stage to sing with her.

In Tropicocouta (flirtatious Being Spanish for Coquette or Flirty), Karol G diverts from his previous music focused on reggaeton, rather exploring a wide range of Latin genres, notably the Colombian Vallenato, the Cuban Mambo, the Dominican Vilère, the regional Mexican music, the Brazilian funk and the Argentinian Cumbia Villera.
