Julian Lennon launches the animated series `LOVE THE EARTH ” in SXSW LONDON

Julian Lennon makes his mark in children’s entertainment, revealing “Love The Earth”, a new animated series, in Sxsw London.

The series aims to mix Aboriginal narration with environmental activism for young audiences and is based on the successful “Touch the Earth” book by Lennon, co-produced with Bart Davis. Directed by Jean-Paul MERTINEZ and co-produced by Meena Khera, “Love The Earth” uses fauna modeling, real-time animation, lush 3D environments and immersive sound design. The series is produced by Compassionate Studios in the United Kingdom, with executive producers such as Lennon, Davis, Lyndon Haviland, Rebecca Warfield and Forest Trends.

The screen rights have been negotiated by Erica Spellman Silverman for Robert Gottlieb on behalf of Trident Media Group.
