Judge Magistrate Barbara D. Holmes is the last judge of the law arguing his judicial muscle to obstruct President Donald Trump’s agenda and keep illegal foreign criminals in the United States.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a member of the MS-13, was released on Tuesday from the Federal Guard, the result of a decision of June 22 of Holmes rejecting the request of the United States government to maintain Abrego Garcia held before his trial.
During a previous hearing in June, Holmes underwent an objection limiting the testimony of testimonies concerning the alleged sexual relations of Abrego Garcia with passengers, including minors, which he allegedly helped to pass hidden in the United States.
Abrego Garcia faces many allegations beyond life in the United States illegally. According to the United States Ministry of Justice, he asked for juvenile pornography, participated in the murder of a mother of a member of a rival gang and engaged in arms and drug trafficking in addition to the trafficking in human beings.

The DoJ also alleges that 30% of the alien Abrego Garcia have been introduced as a smuggling in the United States are members of the Gang MS-13 and that it has participated in the trafficking in human beings since at least 2016 and has been clandestinely introduced around 50 illegal foreigners per month.
Abrego Garcia’s decision and subsequent release defies the efforts of the Trump administration to enforce laws against Abrego Garcia. Holmes’ decision is at least a temporary victory for the Democrats who defended Abrego Garcia.
Nor is it the only activism of the drafting of the elements of the judicial system of our country to protect Abrego Garcia, who entered illegally in the United States in 2011. Judge Paula Xinis of the district of Maryland, for example, ordered the return of Abrego Garcia to the United States in El Salvador, despite the fact that he is a national El Salvadorien. Xinis gave El Salvador the President Nayib Bukele three days to return Abrego Garcia despite the fact that the country of Central America is not in his jurisdiction.
Chief judge James Boasberg of the American district court of the Columbia district also made the headlines for having ruled that illegal foreigners like Abrego Garcia could stay in the United States despite the efforts of the Trump administration to expel them under the enemies of extraterrestrials. Judge Holmes has a long history of activism of the Democratic Party, in particular by giving a donation to Democratic candidates. She donated $ 750 to the Democrats between 1993 and 2007, including $ 250 to the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton in 2008.

Before her appointment as a magistrate judge in October 2015, Holmes was president of the Nashville Bar Association in 2002 and on her board of directors from 1999 to 2002 and 2010 to 2015. She planned and welcomed the National Association of Women Judges 43.RD Annual meeting in October 2021, hiring groups such as the “Songs Suffragettes” to play.
Holmes was notably president of the judges for the campaign of the 2018 legal aid company for equality of justice. Various branches of Legal Aid Society, including in Washington, DC and New York, are engaged in the efforts of diversity, equity and inclusion and have provided legal services to illegal foreigners, even publishing a web page dedicated to “fighting racial equity”.
This presents a clear conflict of interest in the Abrego Garcia case and has a significant risk that Holmes can politicize his perch on the bench to intervene in the name of an illegal foreigner.
In a 2017 article highlighting Holmes as a former exceptional student from Adams State University, Holmes said: “I am also inspired by the new citizens I meet during naturalization ceremonies, by their determination, and especially by their appreciation for the things that we too often have for acquired, such as the privileges of citizenship.”
Holmes is an unconvilled voter recorded in Nashville, Tennessee, who seems to be periodically voting in republican primaries while making democratic ballots in other elections.
