Gad was interpreted as King Herod this month in the production led by Sergio Trujillo, alongside Phillipa Soo as Mary Magdalene.
Cynthia Erivo was launched in the eponymous biblical role in February, when the staging of Andrew Lloyd Webber and the musical of Tim Rice was announced, operating from August 1 to 3.
