Jordy Bahl du Nebraska named Player of the year NFCA Di, first All-American team

Jordy Bahl is officially the national player of the year.
The launcher and public service player from Nebraska received the honor of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association on Wednesday. Bahl is the first winner of the NFCA of the Huskers. She was also a selection from the entire first team of the NFCA unanimous.
Bahl is the 29th player and the ninth launcher to be appointed Triple All-American from the first NFCA team after obtaining the honor in 2022 and 2023 at Oklahoma. She is the first first all-American team from NFCA Nu since MJ Knighten in 2016 and caught the honor of the 31st NFCA All-America from Big Red.
The price adds to a long list of distinctions for Bahl this season. She was appointed both the player of the year Big Ten and the Big Ten launcher of the year, the first player in the history of the conference to win the two prizes the same year. The junior was also appointed in the first teams in the All-Big Ten and NFCA All-Mountain region. She was a five -time launcher of the week Big Ten, a player of the week to a single Big Ten and a national player of the NFCA week.
Not all of these honors went to Bahl for nothing. The native of Papillion, Neb., Has the best notes of a single season in the history of the program during additional tubes (41), Home Runs (23), marked points (72), total bases (167), an average in the stick (0.462) and a punch percentage (0.988). She became the first player in the history of the NCAA with more than 20 victories in the circle and more than 20 marble circuits during the same season. She was also the second Husker to record more than 60 strokes, races and points produced during the same season and the first Husker with more than 15 doubles and circuits in a season. Bahl has been the first player since 2017 to score more points (72) than it allowed (68) with a minimum of 130 rounds launched.
Nationally, Bahl ranked in the top 15 at the national level in many categories – the average of the opponent’s striker (3rd), the stick withdrawals (3rd), the hits authorized by seven sleeves (3rd), the races per match (4th), the whitening (4th), the total bases (4th), the complete games (5th), the winners (5th) (5th), the stick to the stick (6th), the dryers, the seven internal (5th), the bat (6th), percentage of slugging (6th), the games began (7th), the Home Runs (7th), the era (8th), the circuits per game (9th), the lanches launched (10th) and the basic percentage (13th).
