Jill Scott announces new album “To Whom This May Concern”

Jill Scott is officially back. The three-time Grammy Award-winning artist announced her sixth studio album, Who it may concernscheduled for release on February 13 via Human Re Sources and The Orchard. The project marks Scott’s first full-length studio album in almost 10 years.
