“When I was in Manchester United, we played West Brom. I was trying to practice this celebration,” he recalls. “First of all, I did different things. I turned J & L. So if I scored today, I would do this celebration. ”

“So I scored and I did this,” he added. “Few people knew what was going on. In the end, I explained what it means. It’s my subsequent ego, J-Lingz. It’s my business, Guy.”

The celebration was not the only thing that Lingard spoke during his interview – he also discussed his new striking look.

The former English international adopted an almost Korean style haircut, which surprised many fans and sparked light jokes online.

“Whenever I receive a haircut, I like to brush. I need to be fresh,” said Lingard. “Most of our matches are on television, so I like to look fresh. Probably once a week, I receive a haircut. Very popular in England, this haircut.”

Different country, new style – but the same J -Lingz spirit remains.
