Jays Bleus, the brewers beat the best

The success against the right teams in baseball is not an infallible way to determine which teams are “for real”, but it is a fairly good tool to see which clubs are raising when they are faced with elite competition. This is highlighted in part by the similarity of the classification for each look of the league when they are ordered by winning percentage teams compared to the winning teams and when they are ordered by global record – they are almost the same.
Here is how each MLB team behaves against the teams with winning records on August 11, 2025.

Blue Jays is independent in the American League
Unsurprisingly, the Blue Jays are at the top of the list in the AL. They took control of the Al East (which contains three teams with winning records) and their record of sub500 from the end of May has been forgotten for a long time. The same goes for a discussion on the productivity of Bo Bichette, because the Star Security Stop has been elite for months and a half.
Is it the year when we finally see a breakthrough of this nucleus? The Blue Jays have not gone to the Joker since 2016 and have missed the playoffs in the past five of the past eight seasons. We finally see this team playing how his fans have told us that they will do it for years.
Al West, NL Central Awesome Look
The Seattle Mariners are not there to play. Josh Naylor became Rickey Henderson, Julio Rodriguez activated his powers in the second half and the team could have a legitimate secret weapon in Cole Young. All of this was combined to make the warmest team of M’s hot in AL, so it is logical that they rank 2 in these rankings.
The rival of the Mariners division, the Astros of Houston, is not too far behind. Houston has remained afloat with a fortune list and now recovers most of his starters, so that they can also go up this list.
In the NL, the supreme central reigns. The Milwaukee Brewers are the best team in baseball and the Cubs may have held this title at some point, but have cooled a little, while the Brew crew continues to become warmer. With four teams in the division – Milwaukee, Chicago, Cincinnati and St. Louis – All more than 0,500, it is logical that two teams from the division be among the four NL teams with winning records against winning teams.
Guardians is the best team with the worst record against the more-500 teams
Again, this list is not a perfect science and the Guardians are a fairly important aberrant value in the American League. One of the hottest teams in baseball, the guards now have 61-56 in the season and are difficult for a joker point, shortly after being potentially sold on the deadline.
You wouldn’t know how to watch their 24-37 record against the winning teams, however. Again, that should not disqualify them of the success of the qualifying series, especially because they are only recently hot and if This The version of the guards still played the calendar in the first half, I am convinced that this brand would be very different.
The rocks do not have a good time
I may have let out a legitimate panting when I saw the rocky rocks against teams on .500. Nothing could have prepared me for that. Even the brand of 25-50 of the White Sox against the winning teams is more than double the percentage of victories of the Rockies. The craziest part is that this record could get worse – three of these 11 victories came against the cardinals and the Reds, which could both finish the season under .500, which would make this record even more difficult to watch.
Okay, I’m going to stop talking about the rocks now because I feel bad.
