Jay-Z adds new allegations to the defamation trial against the accuser of rape

Jay-Z double, adding new allegations to the malicious pursuit of prosecution and defamation which he has deposited against his accuser of rape Jane Doe and his lawyers in Alabama.
In a modified complaint filed Monday evening in Mobile, the founder of the Roc Nation alleges that her accuser “has not stopped” making declarations about her, even if she agreed in February to voluntarily reject the sexual assault trial which identified her for the first time by name last year. In this revised version of his complaint, filed on December 8, Doe publicly accused Jay-Z of having raped her alongside Sean Combs during an Afterparty by MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) at the age of 13.
In his new file, Jay-Z said that on April 11 recently, the Jane Doe published a synchronized video on Tiktok who said: “You could not pay me a million dollars to get an apology from me, I stand on what I said, fuck yourself.”
“By refusing to apologize and continuing to” stand on what [she] said: “Despite all the evidence and, in fact, its own admissions on the contrary, the DOE continues to display a shocking and reckless contempt for the truth which is both intentional and malicious,” modified the modified complaint of Jay-Z, obtained by RollerStates. “The Doe has never had reasonable reasons to support a truth in his statements and acted with reckless contempt for the truth”, the file continues to allege. “In other words, she lied.”
Jay-Z, born Shawn Carter, filed the new complaint after the Jane Doe and his high-level lawyer Tony Buzbee challenged his initial trial with arguments that he did not show the “special injury” necessary to continue his complaints. They said that the previous housing allegation that the Roc Nation had lost for an undeveloped salary of $ 20 million was not sufficient. (Buzbee and Doe also challenged the trial in Alabama by arguing that the allegations of DOE were protected by the privilege granted to prosecution filed in good faith.)
In his modified trial, Carter claims that the $ 20 million represented the “minimum guarantee of the costs” of an undisclosed contract, and that the complete costs for the agreement “would have been several million dollars if the contract had been executed”. Carter also lightens the benefits of DOE allegations have also harmed its ability to pursue new commercial opportunities.
“Due to the defendants’ deposit of the false trials and other false public statements against Mr. Carter, Mr. Carter was denied a personal credit line of $ 55 million,” said the modified complaint. He also claims that the Roc Nation was also refused a loan of $ 115 million, and that Carter and Roc Nation are “inextricably linked”, so what happens to one. (Carter is a 50% owner from Roc Nation, the deposit declares.)
“The case is without merit and should be rejected,” explains Buzbee Roller In a statement sent on Tuesday. He concentrated a large part of his disdain on a new accusation concerning his alleged falsification of Wikipedia pages.
In the modified complaint, Carter claims that “Buzbee ordered its employees to modify the pages of Wikipedia to improve the image of Buzbee and damage Mr. Carter and Roc Nation’s reputation”, saying that such a decision would violate Wikipedia rules. “Users with an IP address directly linked to Buzbee have made more than 100 positive modifications to the Buzbee Wikipedia page,” said the new folder.
“It’s a first for me and is incredibly weak,” says Buzbee about the Wikipedia complaint.
Carter continued the Jane Doe directly in March, four months after continuing the law firm based in Buzbee and Buzbee in November. In the two prosecution, Carter said that Buzbee knew, or should have known that he had presumed alleged lies when he filed the revised trial on December 8 accusing Carter of being the male celebrity described in a trial which was filed for the first time against Combs in October. Carter said Buzbee had sent him a request letter in early November to press him for money, and then added it to the Combs trial because he refused to conclude secret regulations.
Los Angeles County Judge supervising the California -based defamation trial of Carter has already held numerous hearings on Buzbee’s attempts to reject Carter’s claims as a frivolous. On Monday, the judge ordered the Carter camp to submit the highly contested audio recording that the private investigators in DOE outside his house in Alabama on February 21, 2025.
Roller Previously obtained part of the alleged discussion at the door with the Jane Doe. In the extract, one of the investigators specifically asked if the DOE said that Carter was at the after VMA but “had nothing to do with sexual acts towards you”.
“Yeah,” replied Doe. The other investigator then asked if it was Buzbee who suggested that Carter had played a role in the alleged attack after the VMA. “It was he who pushed me to move forward with him, with Jay-Z,” replied the woman. Buzbee later said that his client had been intimidated by the investigators and that his statements were twisted by Carter. His lawyer in the Californian case Samuel Moniz told court last month that the Carter’s extortion and defamation complaints had no basis.
“This is a well -funded powerful figure that tries to punish lawyers for doing what lawyers do,” said Moniz in court on April 8. “Mr. Carter is obviously really crazy and determined to use his resources to send a message to lawyers and complainants everywhere. Any equitable interpretation of this case is that it is an attack on the right of speech and the right to free petition. It is an abusive affair that desire has been rejected.”
The next hearing in the California case is scheduled for June 12.
