Knotty’s question of Knowing if Jax Taylor would come back for season 3 of “The Valley” has now been answered: through his team, Taylor has published a statement saying that he was moving away from Bravo’s show to focus on his recovery and mental health.
The declaration, obtained by VarietyBed thus: “After an incredibly difficult year and many honest conversations with my team and my producers, I will go away from the next season of” The Valley “. At the moment, my goal must be on my sobriety, my mental health and my coping relationship.
In March, before the first of season 2 of the show on April 15, Taylor revealed that he had been addicted to cocaine for more than two decades. When I walked away, Taylor, who was 46 years old on July 11, avoids the high probability of being dismissed and increased his chances of returning at some point during the program’s race. Bravo did not make a comment.
Taylor’s transgressions were told in season 2 of “The Valley” – whose final will be broadcast on July 22, followed by three reunion episodes. Two days before the start of the season in July 2024, Taylor injured his distant wife (and his colleague member of the distribution) Brittany Cartwright in their house in Valley Village by returning a coffee table, which hit his knee. He then proceeded to throw furniture and hit the wall, while their 3 -year -old son, Cruz, was in the neighboring room. Taylor’s abusive explosion – once again, just before the cameras started to ride in the second season – presented a chain of events that now seem to have sealed his fate with “The Valley”, at least for the moment. Taylor and Cartwright separated in January 2024 (she took Cruz with her), and when Taylor physically injured Cartwright more than six months later, she told the production, to their comrades and leaders of Bravo. The event therefore became the subject of the first of season 2, and in the next episode, Taylor has entered a mental health establishment. As indicated in June by VarietyAlex Baskin, the executive producer of “The Valley” said that Taylor had been prevailed to ask for the help of Cartwright, his sister and his manager and a publicist (a team he still shares with Cartwright). Taylor employers – Bravo and Baskin’s production company, 32 flavors – could not have to get help. “This is a step that someone has to take herself,” said Baskin.
In the angry text messages that Taylor sent to Cartwright since the installation, which have been captured and displayed on the screen in a later episode – Taylor clearly indicated that he did not want to be there, and blamed Cartwright. “You removed my work from me … I worked so hard for two years for that and you took it to me,” read one. “Now do the job as a single mom. As the season continued, the militant Fandom of Bravo has become more and more vocal in their requirements that Taylor is licensed. On the podcasts, on Instagram, in stakes – all anecdotal evidence, yes, but presenting an irrefutable front – viewers clearly indicated that they had enough of Taylor’s shit. On “Watch What Happens Live”, which is generally a fun suspension and has a party atmosphere, Cohen Loole as if he could barely quench Taylor, because the results of the flash spectator of the show show that Taylor had 0% public support. This point may have been demonstrated in the July 15 episode, in which Taylor meets Cartwright to discuss his limited visits with Cruz. Cartwright asked Taylor how many Xanax he had taken before coming, probably because of his calm, and when he said he hadn’t taken it, she said: “Ok, because you don’t even act like you.” From there, the conversation was devolved, Taylor acting victim, and Cartwright saying that after being out of the establishment, he returned to drink and party. She told him that he could have taken medication for bipolar disorder for years, but “now is too late. You have already ruined our family! ” When Taylor asked Cartwright why she “tried to destroy your son’s father”, she said: “It’s no longer on me to take it for you. These days have gone and more. ” And then followed this devastating statement: “I can’t let Cruz be something like you. And you should feel the same.” Finally, with a cartwright in tears saying that she could not look at him, Taylor left the house.
This departure from “The Valley” is not the first time that Taylor’s toxic behavior has serious consequences for him. After season 8 of “Vanderpump Rules”, the national calculation on the race that started at the end of spring 2020 made the distribution of the program reshape. In June 2020, Stassi Schroeder and Kristen doubt were both dismissed due to their racist actions passed against Faith Stowers, a former member of the black “Vanderpump Rules” distribution. Six months later, Taylor – who, as a doubt and Schroeder, also accused stowers of crimes that she had not committed – was ousted from the “Vanderpump rules” when Bravo chose not to bring him back for season 9, taking a cartwright then by unheat with him.
Taylor, Cartwright and doubt all returned to the Bravo projector in the spring of 2023, when they became experts on the scandoval, the cheating scandal in the cast of season 10 “Vanderpump Rules” which made the show a sensation. Taylor had been roommates with Tom Sandoval – the cheater in question – and doubt had been released with him for years: the Bravosphere seemed to want them to share their Sandovian ideas, and in turn, they seemed to savor to be welcomed under the spotlight. Although Doubt has always shown clearly that she had taken the reasons for her heart shot and had tried to learn from her mistakes, Taylor has never made such gestures. In episode 10 of the current season, Taylor returned home after being in the establishment for 30 days. He threw a dinner for himself, then had to invite himself to a party at the house of Jesse Lally where many actors present avoided him. He was not invited to the distribution in Maui, where the boyfriend of doubt, Luke Broderick, had planned a secret proposal for him, and he did not exist much, except when he filmed with Tom Schwartz, his former casting companion of “Vanderpump” to whom he moved next.
In VarietyThe interview with Sanchez Booko and Daniel Booko in early June, when asked if Taylor should come back for the third season of “The Valley”, which will start filming later this summer, they thought about the idea.
“Gosh,” said Sanchez Booko. “I mean, we would not have” the valley “if it was not for him, Kristen and Brittany. I think we must recognize that this is his show. ”
