Jason Kelce criticized for “Tone Deaf” Post of July 4 on the setting aside: “The privilege displays”
Jason Kelce faced a backlash on social networks after talking about putting aside “our differences” to celebrate the United States of America on July 4.
In his article Instagram on Friday, he shared a video by the beach of several fireworks exploding on the water.
“Dude, I like the 4th!” One of the big days that we can all put aside our differences in this country and take advantage of the only thing that we all share in common. How American we are! ” The former Eagles player of Philadelphia legend the post.
“You applaud Oh Belle America.”

Jason’s position was also appreciated by his brother, Travis. However, the co-signs of his popular brother was not sufficient to tame the comments section of the star of the former NFL.
Several subscribers have called Jason’s “privilege” in the post, noting how the political climate did not exactly allow others to feel the same patriotism during this year’s vacation.
“I love you, my brother, but your privilege shows. You can put things aside, but not everyone has this privilege,” wrote a follower to Jason, 37, who recently showed his American pride by carrying a speedo on the theme of the American flag to a charity.
A second internet user added: “I really love you Jason but no, we cannot just book our differences. The reason I say that it is because I like this country and what this country becomes is not something that I am proud of. But I think you know it.”

“Guy, no. This legend is so beyond the deaf and insults. People suffer. People will die because of what is going on. Human rights are lost. Do better. It is actually horrible,” said a third commentator.
“I’m not going to lie and say that I understand that you come from a place to want unity, but this legend is really disappointing,” wrote another person.
“You have an incredibly important platform, use it to highlight the injustices and human rights violations that are currently performing in this country. Thanks to Kylie, we know that you are both so committed to teaching your daughters how to treat others with kindness and the power to be a strong woman, show them how they can use their voices to speak for sub-print people. “
A Jason representative did not immediately respond to the request for comments on page Six.
It should be noted that the Kelce brothers have traditionally avoided talking about politics.

In 2024, the Kansas City Chiefs star, 35, remained quite neutral when he admitted that it would not be to go to the White House as a Super Bowl champion (as it is usual after the big game) – no matter what president was in office at the time.
“It is always an honor to go to the White House,” he told his brother and co-host on their “New Heights” podcast.
“I have somewhat mentioned it the last time, each time I have the chance to be recognized by the President of the United States and to follow my teammates and a group of men and women with whom I was successful to the point that we are recognized … I do it each time, no matter who is there. No matter what’s going on in this world. It’s just a cool opportunity. “
