Everton could benefit from a major boost in their bid to secure a permanent deal for Jack Grealish next summer, with reports suggesting the winger could be available for less than £50million.
According to the Daily Mail, the Toffees are increasingly optimistic about their chances of signing the England international, whose market value is expected to decline over the course of the season.
