The Lakers, who are currently 2-1 after back-to-back wins (they opened the year with a loss to the Golden State Warriors but beat the Timberwolves and Minnesota Kings), would love to finally have all hands on deck.
Unfortunately, that’s not a possibility for the Lake show, as Luka Doncic, Jaxson Hayes, Maxi Kleber, Marcus Smart, Adou Thiero and Gabe Vincent have all been ruled out.
However, will LeBron James, who has yet to play this season, participate in the upcoming Los Angeles contest?

Fortunately, the Lakers have been solid without James in the starting lineup, proving that it’s not wise to write off the franchise if their 40-year-old superstar is physically unable to play.
From a long-term perspective, however, Los Angeles needs James to rejoin the team at some point if they have legitimate championship aspirations (he could return in mid-November).
