Iran launches 100 drones in Israel after massive air strikes from FDI

Iran launched 100 drones against Israel during its first response to massive Israeli air strikes against the regime and its nuclear sites early on Friday. The drones had to take several hours to arrive.

It was not clear what ammunition drones transported. In April 2024, during the first direct attack in Iran against Israel, slow travel drones were accompanied by ballistic missiles. Almost all were killed.

THE Jerusalem Post reported:

Friday morning, TSAhal spokesperson Effie Defrin, told a press conference that Iran had launched more than 100 drones to Israel in recent hours.

He also noted that more than 200 FDI planes had attacked more than 100 targets in Iran with more than 330 ammunition.

He did not say when they reach Israel, but in April 2025 [sic]It took several hours such drones.

Israel’s air strikes have managed to eliminate a large part of the Iranian army staff, as well as nuclear sites, military facilities and damaged oil refineries, treating a potentially devastating blow.

Iran has no aerial defenses, after Israeli reprisals following Iranian ballistic missile attacks in April 2024 and October 2024 managed to destroy most of Iran’s air surface missile batteries (SAM).

Israel explained that he had attacked Iran because the regime was about to create a nuclear weapon and that he would have been able to pass 10 to 15 nuclear warheads.
