Chris Hemsworth changed his approach to life
Since Hemsworth discovered he was 10 times more likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease, he has devoted much of his work to understanding what increases his risk. For his Unlimited series, he spoke with LADbible and explained how he had to reduce his stress levels and figure out how to maintain it a healthier life balance. “And how to really take stock of important relationships and experiences in life, and make them useful,” he said.
