The judge prevents Trump’s administration from deploying members of the California National Guard in Los An

A judge temporarily interrupted the deployment of the National Guard of the Trump administration in Los Angeles, writing Thursday that the federal government did not have the power to nationalize the California National Guard.

US district judge Charles Breyer made the temporary ban order after an hour’s hearing before a federal court in San Francisco.

Breyer remained the injunction, allowing the administration to call it on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals American until noon on Friday.

The Attorney General of California challenged the deployment, claiming that the administration did not properly follow the status which makes it possible to federate the National Guard of the State.

Breyer’s decision is wider than the state had sought. The prosecutor general of the State, Rob Bonta, had wanted to ensure that the members of the guard did not participate in the application of civil law and immigration, but Breyer said that the federal government had exceeded its authority because it had not informed Newsom, because the law quoted by the administration requires it and wrote that Trump’s actions were illegal, “exceeding the United States.

“He must therefore refer control of the California National Guard to the Governor of the State of California immediately,” continued Breyer.

In court, a lawyer for the federal government initially declared that the administration had complied with the test with three parties required by the status. He then declared that the case was not subject to a judicial examination.

The Trump administration called on.

Breyer’s order does not apply to the deployment of 700 navies in Los Angeles. At the hearing Thursday afternoon, he expressed skepticism that he was able to control their movements, because the governor of California has no authority on the Marine Corps. “I do not understand how I am supposed to do anything with the Marines, to tell you the truth,” he said.
