Before Ezra Miller was noticed by boiling the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival last month, they had largely stayed out of the public’s eyes during the last two years after a series of arrests.
The actor recently declared that they had planned to return to Hollywood “for temporary land” after the friend Lynne Ramsay “asked me to come” in Cannes in support of the world first of his film Die my love.
“I came to Cannes to support one of my friends closest to the world, who is Lynne Ramsay – who, I think, is one of the greatest living filmmakers,” they told Italian Outlet Lo Speciale Giornale. “I work again with her, it will probably be the first thing I will do, it’s a film that she and I write together.”
Miller added: “I wrote a lot, because you can do it in Solitude, which was friendly with me.”
THE Fantastic animals The actor said Cannes was a “difficult back -to -school point” after having been the subject of several incidents dating back to 2020, including assault, harassment, burglary and the alleged thirst of a 18 -year -old.
“Not that I do not hold much remorse and lamentation for many things I have done and many things that happened at that time, but I am really, really grateful for the lessons that came with this abyss,” added Miller.i
After a temporary harassment order was lifted against Miller by a Massachusetts court following allegations according to which they behaved inappropriately around his 12 -year -old child, the actor declared on the deadline that they were “very grateful” for the order, affirming that the woman “was looking for the attention or factor of the ephemeral tabloids or a sort of personal vengeance”.
“I was unfairly and directly targeted by an individual that the facts have shown have a story of such a manipulative and destructive action,” added Miller in June 2023.
