A week after his ODI debut, Harshit made his T20I debut against England. Yashasvi Jaiswal and Varun Chakaravarthy also got their maiden caps. In what was India’s last series before the Champions Trophy, the Men in Blue decided to give each of them game time. Varun and Harshit ended up playing several matches in the tournament, which India won. In Hardik Pandya‘s absence, Nitish Kumar Reddy made his ODI debut. Unfortunately, he himself got injured later.
