TREAT, RIGHT? Yeah, the kids will be fine. FRIDAY, OUR RAIN SHOWERS WILL BE GONE BY FRIDAY MORNING AND WILL BE JUST COOL, DAMP AND COOL FRIDAY, BUT WE WILL BE DRY AT THIS POINT TOMORROW. REALLY TONIGHT UNTIL TOMORROW. BUT TOMORROW IS OUR IMPACT DAY AS WE WILL SEE PERIODS OF RAIN AND GUSTS. WINDS STAIN FRIDAY. They will die down on Saturday as a little more sunshine returns as we begin the weekend. OUR FIRST INITIAL WAVE OF SHOWERS IS NOW SWEEPING OUT PARTS OF WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA. IT’S USUALLY VERY LIGHT, AND NOT ALL OF IT NECESSARILY MAY REACH THE GROUND, BUT THERE ARE A FEW LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS EMBEDDED WITHIN THIS. MAYBE A POCKET OF HEAVIER RAIN JUST ABOVE MORAINE STATE PARK IN LAKE ARTHUR, TOWARDS ZEALAND. OPEN, THEN CLIMB TOWARDS SLIPPERY ROCK. ALMOST A SLIPPERY ROCK. I see some of these moderate and heavier rains trying to move down. BUT AGAIN, THE RAIN IS USUALLY LIGHT AT THIS POINT. THE RAIN WILL INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY AS we head into the evening, so if you go outside, be sure to take rain gear with you. 52 DEGREES TOMORROW IS OUR IMPACT DAY WITH RAIN ALL DAY. IT WILL ALSO BE WINDY. THIS RAIN SETS FRIDAY MORNING. OTHERWISE WE WILL SEE THE SUN TRYING TO GO BACK TO 52. THE WEEKEND IS NICE. WILL HOLD IN THE MID 50S. A LITTLE MORE SUN ON SATURDAY COMPARED TO SUNDAY, BUT WE ARE DRY BOTH DAYS. MONDAY WILL BE AT 58:57 FOR ELECTION DAY ON TUESDAY. THEN WE STAY IN THE MID 50S AS WE GET INTO THE LAST PART OF NEXT WEEK, WE WILL ADD A FEW MORE CLOUDS FOR US ON THURSDAY, BUT FROM NOW ON, WE’RE LOOKING TO STAY DRY THROUGH THE NEXT WEEK. BUT AGAIN, TOMORROW IS OUR IMPACT DAY AS OUR RAIN CONTINUES TO SPREAD ACROSS THE REGION. THIS EVENING. THE HEAVEST RAIN FALLS TONIGHT UNTIL TOMORROW MORNING. SOME HEAVIER POCKETS OF RAIN WILL FALL SO DON’T BE SURPRISED IF YOU HEAR HEAVY RAINDROPS ON YOUR ROOF TONIGHT AFTER THE MORNING Commute WE WILL BE ABLE TO WORK FOR A LITTLE BREAK IN THE RAIN SHOWERS AROUND NOON BEFORE MORE RAIN CYCLES RETURN LATE IN THURSDAY. THIS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE EVENING, HOURS BEFORE THESE SHOWERS FINALLY APPLY AS WE HEAD OUT OF A LAKE EFFECT RAIN SHOWER NORTH OF I-80 FRIDAY MORNING. WE ARE DRY FRIDAY. RAIN TOTALS GENERALLY APPEAR TO BE ABOUT AN INCH IN WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA, WITH SOME AMOUNTS LOCALLY HIGHER, SO THIS WILL DO A GOOD JOB OF PUTTING THE TENT INTO OUR DROUGHT IN THE AREA. THERE WILL ALSO BE LIGHT WIND GUSTS BETWEEN APPROXIMATELY 20 TO 30 MPH THROUGHOUT THE DAY. TOMORROW COULD BE UNTIL 35, ESPECIALLY TOMORROW EVENING. We will do the exact same thing on your Friday.
