I am a man in sixties. When my wife and I have sex, I can continue (so to speak) for 45 minutes, including about 20 minutes of coitus. Everything I really appreciate. The problem of recent years has been my orgasm. When it happens, it’s a bit of a letdown. This happens extremely quickly and looks like a premature ejaculation, even if it took a long time to get there. It makes no difference that I am at the top and in charge of the rhythm or if my wife is. How can I make my orgasms more pleasant?

Some drugs – whether prescription or sale below – may change the nature of his orgasm, so examine if the culprit could be in your pharmacy cabinet.
