They go up. After joining Bad Bunny in the first of season 51 of “Saturday Night Live” this weekend, the song stars “Kpop Demon Hunters” returned to NBC on Tuesday evening for a live performance on “The Tonight Show”.

Ejae de Huntr/X, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami interpreted live their song n ° 1 “Golden”, accompanied by an animation taken from the successful film of Netflix.

Their performance also comes the day the trio spoke of the huge success of the soundtrack in an exclusive interview with Thewrap.

“They gave us very detailed guidelines on what the characters are going through during a scene, or on what they feel … And that helps a lot in the writing process,” said Ejae about her song writing process. “And fortunately, I have already connected with the characters, and in particular with Rumi, at so many different levels that I was able to put personal emotional experiences in the lyrics.”

“It took a long time, reflection, blood, sweat and tears to really build these songs vocally,” added friends. “So see the fans really interested in this process and ask you: ‘Well, what was Mira’s harmony?’ “Ok, well, Mira has low harmony in this song, but she actually has high harmony in this song.”

“Golden” has now spent eight weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100, while the soundtrack was twice the album n ° 1 in the country-and “Kpop Demon Hunters” itself is the n ° 1 original film of Netflix of all time.

In addition, elsewhere in their appearance on NBC, the voices behind Rumi, Mira and Zoey were surprised when the host Jimmy Fallon presented them with a platinum disc for the song.

“The Tonight Show” is broadcast on weekly evenings at 11:35 pm on NBC, while “Kpop Demon Hunters” is available in streaming on Netflix.
