How to watch Oregon vs. Portland men’s basketball

The Oregon Ducks return to Matthew Knight Arena on Wednesday night looking to build momentum after ending a five-game skid, hosting in-state foe Portland in the final non-conference home game before the holiday break.
Oregon (5-5, 0-2 Big Ten) is coming off a wire-to-wire 104-62 victory over UC Davis, its most complete performance of the season.
Portland comes into Eugene at 7-4 after ending Kent State’s nine-game winning streak. The Pilots are led by freshman point guard Joel Foxwell, a three-time CMC freshman who ranks among the nation’s leaders in assists, and freshman forward Timo George, one of the nation’s most efficient scorers. Portland also brings veteran transfers and an international roster that has quickly adjusted under head coach Shantay Legans.
Oregon head coach Dana Altman cautioned that consistency remains the Ducks’ biggest challenge.
“We played hard, with more energy,” Altman said. “Now we have to keep doing it.”
With Portland pushing the pace and Oregon emphasizing structure and defense, Wednesday’s game offers a test of contrasting styles — and another measuring stick for a Ducks team still shaping its identity.
Wednesday’s game offers Oregon a chance to pile on some strong performances ahead of a tough stretch that includes Gonzaga and a return to Big Ten play, while Portland continues to test itself against top-tier competition.
